All staff have Individual Performance Plans (PDP) outlining key objectives in both performance and development for the year. Our agents deliver on excellent customer service and are first class negotiators.
There is a wealth of experience within the senior management team, ensuring all operations are managed with efficiency and effectiveness. Our Directors have held executive positions at various Financial Institutions in both South Africa and United Kingdom, with a focus on Credit Risk and Collections Operations
